Section 20 - Delivery Conditions
Delivery costs are listed in the respective product. Free shipping is the default. If delivery costs apply to specific products, they are explicitly stated within the product. The delivery time, as well as the delivery costs, are defined in the respective product.
Section 21 - Return Policy & Warranty
If the goods are damaged upon delivery, you are entitled to a replacement. This claim must be made within 72 hours of the goods' arrival. To do so, please email the case and provide evidence to: info@unico-swiss.ch . There is no general right of return for product packages, except for damaged goods. Section 22 - Payment
For purchases made through our online shop, we offer our customers the exclusive payment method "purchase on account." Upon receipt of your order and delivery of the goods, you will receive an invoice showing the total amount of your purchase. We ask that you transfer the invoice amount, without any deductions, to the account specified on the invoice within 30 days of the invoice date. When transferring, please state the invoice number as the intended purpose to enable quick and clear allocation of your payment. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees and interest on late payments. We value a fair and transparent relationship with our customers and are happy to answer any questions you may have about payment processing.
